The name of this website, SOUND FUJI, was chosen to liken this kind of music to Mount Fuji, a symbol of Japan that has captivated people with its beauty since ancient times.
This project embodies the hope that music born in Japan will become a symbol of Japanese culture, just like this famous mountain.
Furthermore, King Records, the company that operates this website, used the label name "Fuji Onban" during the Pacific War. We incorporated this historical element into the site name with the hope of increasing listeners' interest in the background and history surrounding music.
